Chilli, Rosemary and Parmesan Popcorn
I first tried this delicious combination on my bachelorette party at the Golden Age Cinema and thankfully, now you can bring the experience into your home for your own celebrations. Using around 50gms butter, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and two cloves of garlic, melt the butter so that it infuses with the rest. Sprinkle in the herbs like chilli and rosemary and then pour onto the freshly made popcorn while stirring it in. Add a large dollop of melted shredded cheese to the top while it is still warm and let it melt before enjoying it. Yum!

Birthday Cake Batter Popcorn
Don’t lie to me – you lick the spoon, bowl and beaters whenever you make cookies or cakes! There is just something quintessentially classic about dipping your fingers into the batter and now you can bring this into your popcorn selection as well. First, melt 1 and 1/2 cups of white chocolate until it is nice and smooth, add vegetable oil to thin it out a bit and then add in a generic vanilla cake mix (just the powder that comes out of the box – none of the extra ingredients). Mix it into the chocolate and then pour over your freshly popped popcorn, stirring to ensure consistant coverage over all of your kernels. Then, sprinkle with your desired edible confetti or sprinkles and let it harden for a little bit before eating – delicious!

Truly the ultimate combination of savoury and sweet comes the Marshmallow Popcorn mix. Melt 1 cup of brown sugar, 250gms butter and one regular bag of mini marshmallows in the microwave for one minute, before taking out and stirring. Continue to do so until all of the mix has melted. Once smooth, pour over your ready popped popcorn and mix for a deliciously creamy and sweet surprise.
